Admin UI: Add admin UI action, which allows editor to apply configured content to DB

Current Situation Only setup:upgrade command apply content to database. But there is also the need to apply (or re-apply) the content as editor thru Magento backend.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a button to page or block edit page in Magento backend, if there is content defined for this page in code. (Like: "Use default content")
